We created Andrea's Closet because we thought every sick child should have access to a closet full of new toys.

~Traci Brunk,
Andrea's mom

Traci co-founded Andrea’s Closet in July 2002, six months after she lost her daughter Andrea to leukemia. Since then, she has worked tirelessly with her husband Kenny to grow the charity across Arizona.

As the vice president of Andrea’s Closet, she draws on her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in her work with terminally ill children and their families. Her goal is to make life a little better at a time when there seems to be no hope.

Traci is the recipient of the 2008 George Washington Metal from the Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge and the 2006 Scottsdale Jaycees Outstanding Young Arizonan Award. In 2005 she was featured with her husband in Arizona Foothills Magazine as one of their "8 Greats," Arizonans on the brink of superstardom.

Traci was born in Ohio and has lived in the Phoenix area since 1975. She has been married to Kenny for 20 years and is mother to Nick, Kassidi and Andrea, who died at the age of 10 from leukemia.
